This is a terrific ultra powerful and intelligent headlamp for long activities. Updated to be even brighter, the Swift RL packs 1100 lumens into a compact 100g package. Attractive and comfortable to wear with a reflective double band across the back of the head that stays put while you run. The headband is reflective on the back and also detaches so you can wash it, and the lamp has a tilt function in both directions: tilt upward when wearing the headlamp around your neck, or tilt down when worn with a helmet. 

A single lockable button controls all the functions: on/off, lighting modes, brightness, and locking. If you press the button long it will switch between Reactive lighting to Standard. In Reactive lighting the lamp light sensor automatically adjusts brightness and beam pattern, optimizing battery usage and reducing the need for manual operation. 

To charge the lithium battery plug it in via the micro USB-C port. It takes about 5 hours to fully charge and there is a 5-level indicator showing battery level.
